I'm happy to report that my latest book, Thug Life: Emancipated (Thug Life #1), is now available!
As always, writing this one was a labor of love. Quite a bit of labor in fact, as it tops out at close to 500 pages. Believe me, I didn't see that coming, but as the plot developed that's the page length it took to tell the story as it needed to be told. Needless to say, readers will definitely get their money's worth.
As with my other books, this is a standalone novel, although it centers around the character of Shade, who made an appearance in She's His Drug, He's Her Thug 3. Frankly speaking, I just liked the character so much that I wanted to do more with him. I've also got two other books in mind, so Thug Life will actually be a trilogy.
Speaking of She's His Drug, He's Her Thug, I've actually been kicking around the notion of adding more books to the series. (I've got a couple of ideas that I think would make for a great storyline.) At the same time, however, I've [hopefully] already given readers closure with respect to the characters in those books, so I don't know what the reaction would be to opening that up again. I'll give it some more thought, but right now the scales are tipping towards the side of more books.
